SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Randy Troy
Randy is the founder of Summit Fund Services. Randy has extensive executive experience in alternative investments at both fund managers and fund service providers. His industry experience includes Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Hillair Capital Management LLC, and Chief Financial Officer at Parametric Capital Management LLC. As well, Randy was President and Vice Chairman at Meridian Fund Services where he was responsible for global fund administration services, and Managing Director at Pinnacle Fund Services LLC that was acquired by Apex Fund Services, where he was responsible for client service and business development in New York.
Randy is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and previously held a Series 27 Financial Operations Principal securities license. Randy began his career at the New York office of Deloitte in their financial services audit group working with some of the world’s largest brokerage and investment firms. Randy graduated with honors from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Randy has been in the forefront in thought leadership initiatives that include providing expert testimony on various industry best practices, and guest lecturing at New York University’s graduate program on Hedge Fund topics including Hedge Fund Operations, Due-diligence and Risk Management. Sinan (Seth) Akar
Seth is a Managing Director and brings over 20 years of experience in business development, financial reporting, audit, and fund operations. Seth has worked in a variety of financial services firms, including global fund administration companies, investment management firms, and investment banks.

Prior to joining Summit Fund Services, Seth was the Controller and Chief Administrative Officer to a New York-based investment management firm where he was responsible for overseeing the audit, tax, financial reporting, and business management operations of the firm. Seth has also held senior-level positions at Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services and Meridian Fund Services and was an analyst at Lehman Brothers.

Seth graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and received his Master of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. BOARD OF ADVISORS
William Salus
Bill is the founder of Paddock Consultancy, and most recently held the position of Global Chief Executive Officer for Apex Fund Services. His responsibilities included the day-to-day running of Apex globally and executing on all strategic initiatives; including expanding Apex’s global presence and product suite.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in sales, management and consulting in the global investment and financial services industry, including holding operating positions throughout Asia. He was previously Managing Director and Business Executive for BNY Mellon’s asset servicing organization and helped form their Global Financial Companies structure. He also held senior positions at PNC Global Investment Servicing, KeyCorp, Security Pacific Bank and Bank of America.
Bill was a member of the ICI International Operations Advisory Committee and the ICI International Committee and was named in Global Custodian magazine’s Securities Services Hall of Fame. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Hedgeport Associates (a C-Suite outsourcing firm for alternative investment managers), the Advisory Board of ETF Engine (a digital advice platform) and the Private Equity Advisory Board for NES Financial. Bill also serves on the Finance Committee for the Ronald McDonald House of Wilmington, DE and is a member of the 2017 Committee of Hearts, Hedge Fund Cares. Connect with Bill on LinkedIn.
Julie Steamer

Julie is a corporate and regulatory attorney and Co-Founding Partner at Steamer Hart LLP. She brings over 20 years of global legal and regulatory experience in investment funds, private placements, healthcare, oil & gas, deregulated energy, commercial and residential real estate, and fundraising activities.
Previously, Julie has been affiliated with global firms including, as a Partner at King & Spalding LLP, Of-Counsel, Investment Funds with Akerman LLP, and an attorney with Goodwin Procter LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP. In these roles, Julie counseled domestic and international clients on a number of matters including alternative investment funds, corporate governance and compliance, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and other strategic arrangements, and financing transactions, among others.
